Japanese citizens tour the fantail of the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Lassen during the 35th annual Friendship Day at Commander, Fleet Activities Yokosuka. More than 40,000 Japanese citizens toured the installation and took part in festivities to celebrate the relationship between the U.S. Navy and its host nation.
