Coaches gather around Lt. Col. John Caldwell, the Marine Corps Recruiting Command's (MCRC) national director of marketing and communication, for a brief before heading off to a self-guided museum tour during the 2018 Coaches Workshop in Triangle, Virginia, May 19. The Coaches Workshop educates approximately 50 collegiate coaches from across the nation about essential Marine Corps leadership skills and programs that they can share with their student athletes based on first-hand experiences.
