Spc. David Igou, an information technology specialist for the 144th Cyber Warfare Company out of Fairfax, Va. and an infrastructure consultant at Red Hat, a software development company based out of Raleigh, N.C., works to infiltrate and disrupt networks May 16 as part of Cyber Shield 18 at Camp Atterbury, Ind. Cyber Shield 18 is an Army National Guard exercise designed to assess Cyber Warriors on response plans to cyber incidents.
