    MARINE CORPS BASE QUANTICO, Virginia — Sgt. Tya Jeiner motivates coaches during the Marine Corps Recruiting Command’s 2018 Coaches Workshop in Dumfries, Virginia, May 17. The Coaches Workshop educates approximately 50 collegiate coaches from across the nation about essential Marine Corps leadership skills and programs they can share with their student athletes based on first-hand experiences. Jeiner works for Manpower and Reserve Affairs aboard Marine Corps Base Quantico.
