Juan Jose Hernandez (left), director of citizen development for the municipality of Zacatecoluca, expresses his concerns to Maj. Alfredo Cavazos, the informations operations officer for Joint Task Force - Hope, and Dr. Mauricio Linares, director for the Zacatecoluca Health Center, about upcoming medical events during Beyond the Horizon 2018 at a meeting in the Zacatecoluca City Hall on May 14. BTH 2018 is a humanitarian training mission sponsored by the US Army Southern Command and the Salvadoran army in which both military forces, along with regional providers, will perform medical, dental and engineering services.
