CAMP ARIFJAN, Kuwait - On Apr. 20, the Honorable Ellen M. Lord, the Under Secretary of Defense for Acquisition and Sustainment, came to Camp Arifjan to visit USARCENT and she brought Lt. Gen. Darrell Williams, Defense Logistics Agency Director. They met with the 1st Theater Sustainment Command-OCP outgoing commander, Brig. Gen. Sylvester Cannon as well as 1TSC-OCP incoming commander, Brig. Gen. Deborah Kotulich and Brig Gen. Albert Miller, the Central Command Deployment Distribution Operations Center director. Lord met with these commanders and their teams to get a closer look at the sustainment mission so that she can set her priorities within her position.
