A French Navy (Marine Nationale) E-2C Hawkeye airborne early warning aircraft is captured during a catapult launch or arrested landing on what appears to be a US Navy aircraft carrier, identifiable by the hull number '77' on the island superstructure (USS George H.W. Bush). The aircraft displays French tricolor markings on its tail and 'MARINE' lettering on the fuselage. The flight deck is populated with ground crew, support vehicles, and additional aircraft.
