U.S. Navy Ensign Edward ‘Ned’ Hanlon, a Bowman Scholar currently studying in the Naval Postgraduate School’s (NPS) Systems Engineering department, along with a team of fellow Midshipmen, developed a way to efficiently deploy robotic CubeSats into space to tend to ailing spacecraft.
