PACIFIC OCEAN (May 9, 2018) Machinery Repairman 3rd Class Floyd Manley, from Buford, Illinois, assigned to the aircraft carrier USS John C. Stennis (CVN 74), makes a fuel valve drive sleeve for use aboard the Ticonderoga-class guided-missile cruiser USS Mobile Bay (CG 53). John C. Stennis is underway with the ships and squadrons of Carrier Strike Group (CSG) 3 conducting group sail training in preparation for its next scheduled deployment.
