The Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Pinckney (DDG 91) is moored and Naval Station San Diego. Pinckney earned the USS Arizona Memorial Trophy July 11 for being the best in its class for combat readiness in strike warfare, surface fire support and submarine.
