Master Sgt. James Hoskins, 818th Mobility Support Advisory Squadron air advisor, instructs basic fuels management principles and environmental safety precautions to Ugandan People’s Defense Air Force as part of a mobile training team mission in Entebbe, Uganda, Dec. 14, 2017. The 818th MSAS last conducted a traveling contact team with the UPDAF in December 2016 whereby representatives of the U.S. Air Force and the UPDAF exchanged best practices focused on principles of petroleum, oil, and lubricants.
