A volunteer hippotherapist, Sue Schmieg, and a volunteer horse-named Skeeter from "The Old Guard" are partnering together with the assistance of Intrepid Spirit Center One from Fort Belvoir Community Hospital and the Caisson platoon of the 3d United States Infantry to bring rehabilitative treatment to our nation's heroes.
