Donald Diller, 178th Medical Squardron, from Springfield, Ohio, and Senior Airman Tim Stampley, 121st Medical Squardron, from Columbus, Ohio, treated an injured dummy as Department of Army Civilian, U.S. Army North, evaluated the training during the Ohio National Guard 73rd Troop Command's exercise as a Homeland Response Force. Regional National Guard Troop Commands are converting to Homeland Response Forces to better support civilian agencies in the event of national disasters.
