PACIFIC OCEAN (May 6, 2018)— An MH-60S Seahawk helicopter, attached to the “Blackjacks” of Helicopter Sea Combat Squadron (HSC) 21, flies in the vicinity of Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Shoup (DDG 86), while conducting a vertical replenishment during Essex Amphibious Ready Group (ARG) and 13th MEU exercise (ARGMEUEX). ARGMEUEX enhances joint integration, lethality and collective capabilities of the Navy-Marine Corps team through joint planning and execution of challenging and realistic training scenarios.
