Raluca Dabija, equipment operator constructionman apprentice, assigned to Amphibious Construction Battalion 1, registers for information from Brandman University during the annual education fair at Naval Air Station North Island. The educational fair hosted more than 75 colleges and universities and provided sailors an opportunity to learn about various degree programs offered by each school and certifications that can be earned through USMAP and Navy COOL.
