    III Marine Expeditionary Force   

    U.S. Navy Sailors with Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 5 and Philippine Navy sailors with 3rd Naval Combat Engineering Battalion construct a two-room school building during Exercise Balikatan at Luga Elementary School, Santa Teresita, Cagayan, Philippines, Apr. 30, 2018.
