U.S. Marines with Bravo Battery, 3rd Battalion, 12th Marine Regiment, 3rd Marine Division explain the capabilities of a M777A2 Howitzer to members of the South Kanto Defense Bureau May 1, 2018, during an Artillery Relocation Training Program 18-1 event on Combined Arms Training Complex, Camp Fuji, Japan. ARTP is a Japan-funded program which allows 3/12 Marines the opportunity to conduct live-fire training in Japan. Observers from the local SKDB's visit allowed them to gain a better understanding of the battalion's training with respect to the ATRP agreement between the U.S. Government and the Government of Japan.
