180426-N-PO203-0052 FAIRBANKS, Alaska (Apr. 26, 2018) Dr. Bryan Williams, Science and Technology Lead, Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command, Atlantic, joined members of the Department of Navy's (DoN) Historically Black Colleges and Universities/Minority Institutions (HBCU/MI) Program Office, to talk with students and faculty at the University of Alaska Fairbanks about scholarships, fellowships, internships and other opportunities to successfully compete for grants and contracts for basic and applied research.
