    General Joseph L. Lengyel, Chief of The National Guard Bureau and member of the Joint Chiefs of Staff briefly addressed competitors of the 2018 Winston P. Wilson Competition at Robinson Maneuver Training Center, Ark. Lengye officially marked the opening of the matches by firing a five-round volley with Winston P. Wilson’s own Colt Model 1903 Automatic Pistol, Serial #569072.
