McCain (DDG 56) during a visit to McCain and U.S. Fleet Activities (FLEACT) Yokosuka. Blount participated in two youth football camps, answered questions, signed autographs demonstrated and coached professional football techniques. FLEACT Yokosuka provides, maintains, and operates base facilities and services in support of 7th Fleet’s forward-deployed naval forces, 71 tenant commands, and 27,000 military and civilian personnel.
