CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas (April 20, 2018) -- Command Career Counselor, Hospital Corpsman 2nd Class (Fleet Marine Force) David Butler (right), from Munford, Tennessee, on April 20, 2018, hoists the yellow pennant signifying the FY17 Retention Excellence Award.
