AL QUWAYRAH, JORDAN (April 23, 2018) A Jordanian Marine assigned to the 77th Royal Jordanian Marine Battalion, writes the name of U.S. Marine Corps Sgt. Micah N. Pauly, a field artillery cannoneer, assigned to Battalion Landing Team, 2nd Battalion, 6th Marine Regiment (BLT 2/6), 26th Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU), on a 105mm Howitzer round during a bilateral artillery range in support of exercise Eager Lion in Al Quwayrah, Jordan, April 23, 2018. Eager Lion is a capstone training engagement that provides U.S. forces and Jordan Armed Forces an opportunity to rehearse operating in a coalition environment and to pursue new ways to collectively address threats to regional security and improve overall maritime security.
