One of a dozen FEMA modular homes delivered July 23 arrives at the Jeff Taylor Memorial Acres site in Joplin, Mo. Up to 25 homes per day will be delivered until this site and the adjacent Hope Haven site are filled to capacity - 346 units. Storm shelters, bus shelters and mailboxes also will be installed in this community for families displaced by the EF5 tornado that struck Joplin May 22.
