USS Constitution holds a change of command ceremony on the top deck of the ship. Cmdr. Matt Bonner relieved Cmdr. Tim Cooper during a change of command ceremony that drew more than 300 guests, including Vice Adm. John Bird, Director Navy Staff and USS Constitution's parent commander. Bonner is USS Constitution's 72nd commanding officer.
