Jeff Bernard, commander of Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam provides opening remarks to Radford High School JROTC cadets, military and their families along with the local community before a clean up at the ancient fishpond, Loko Pa’aiau, at McGrew Point Navy housing on Oahu. The fishpond restoration started September 2014 and forges a continuing partnership by the U.S. Navy and the local community to restore ancient Hawaiian relics onboard Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam.
