    Sgt. Jacob Pulliam, a U.S. Army Reserve wheeled vehicle mechanic with the 428th Military Police Company, headquartered in South Bend, Indiana, from Mishawaka, Indiana, groans in pain after a 10-mile ruck march during the 200th Military Police Command's Best Warrior Competition held at Fort Hunter Liggett, California, April 17, 2018. During the competition, Soldiers are tested both physically and mentally in events that include the Army Physical Fitness Test, land navigation, obstacle course, ruck marching, weapon qualification, Army Warrior Tasks, reflexive fire, written exams and the Army appearance board. Soldiers from the U.S. Army Reserve Legal Command also participated in the competition.
