Brig. Gen. Thomas D. Weidley, 1st Marine Aircraft Wing commanding general, addresses the audience during the Tactical Tools for the Military Spouse seminar, a 1st MAW and Military & Family Life Consultant Program sponsored event, on April 20, 2018 on Camp Foster, Okinawa, Japan. The event was designed to better prepare spouses of Marines to thrive in the military lifestyle.
