Sailors from Amphibious Construction Battalion 2 use Improved Navy Lighterage System (INLS) Warping Tug 11 to pull along side the INLS intermediate module so the INSL Causeway Ferry 07 power module can be freed to begin flexing with the INLS intermediate module during Joint Logistics Over the Shore (JLOTS) 18. JLOTS 18 marks the beginning of U.S. Southern Command’s exercise Beyond the Horizon, led by U.S. Army South, that helps to bolster regional and partner relations through humanitarian and civic assistance projects, medical readiness exercises, and exercise related construction projects taking place in El Salvador.
