Though the buckle’s design has changed several times over the years, the buckles given to the 4th Battalion, 9th Infantry Regiment (Manchus), 1st Stryker Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division closely resembles the original buckles issued in 1926. The 9th Infantry Regt. is the only unit authorized to wear the distinctive belt buckle in uniform.
