    The 50th Chief of Engineers, Lt. Gen. Robert Flowers, retired, was presented with an honorary Sapper award, and participated in the unveiling of the new Best Sapper Competition banner designating the competition in his name during a ceremony Monday at the Engineer Regimental Room, Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri.
