Ray Devens, command sergeant major of the 25th Infantry Division and United States Division - Center, joins soldiers with Company A, 1st Battalion, 18th Infantry Regiment, 2nd Advise and Assist Brigade, 1st Infantry Division, USD-C, and their 9th Iraqi Army Division partners during a joint patrol July 9, 2011 near Camp Taji, Iraq.
