Employees of the Norfolk District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers paused their busy schedules to participate in a Days of Remembrance program. Days of Remembrance aims to raise awareness about the victims of the Holocaust and those that liberated the concentration and labor camps. As part of the program district employees released 12 bio-degradable dove shaped balloons from Fort Norfolk to remember the different groups that were affected by the Holocaust.
