Michael Evans, 718th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron NCOIC of computer electronic warfare, Mar. 29, 2018, at Kadena Air Base, Japan. The 18th FSS Military Personnel Section implemented a new process that enables customers to file for a dependent identification card from their cell phones or personal emails.
