A Soldier from IPPS-A conducts a software test and focus group, called a user jury, with Soldiers from across the Army at Fort Indiantown Gap, Pa., Sept. 26-28, 2017. The user juries consisted of task-based usability studies, surveys and focus groups to test user experience data with regards to system capabilities and functions.
