A commercial tug boat attached to the stern of the Military Sealift Command chartered ship MT Empire State keeps the tanker ship in-line with the PAR Single Point Moor off the coast of Oahu, Hawaii. This was the first time an MSC ship moored at the Hawaii Par SPM opening the door for future operations as an alternative to the commercial fuel pier.
