The U.S. Army's 1st Cavalry Band performs the national anthem at the International Security Assistance Force Change of Command ceremony held in Kabul, Afghanistan, July 18, 2011. Marine Corps Gen. John R. Allen assumed command of ISAF and U.S. Forces Afghanistan from Army Gen. David H. Petraeus, who will retire later this year and assume his new position as director of the Central Intelligence Agency. Navy Adm. Mike Mullen, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, presided over the ceremony.
