YOKOSUKA, Japan (April 7, 2018) – Japanese visitors wait in line for a tour of USS Curtis Wilbur (DDG 54) during U.S. Fleet Activities (FLEACT) Yokosuka’s 25th annual Spring Festival celebration. More than 35,000 people attended the open-base event. FLEACT Yokosuka provides, maintains, and operates base facilities and services in support of 7th Fleet's forward-deployed naval forces, 71 tenant commands, and more than 27,000 military and civilian personnel.
