U.S. Marine Corps Capt. Cody Calhoun, a support company commander with 9th Communication Battalion, 1st Marine Expeditionary Force, competes in the 2018 Commanding General's Cup Swim Meet on Camp Pendleton, Calif., April 11, 2018. Five-person teams participated in the event to earn points for their unit in an attempt to win the 2018 CG Cup. The CG Cup is an annual series of events that begin in January and end in November to build camaraderie and competition between units on the base.
