Coast Guard Cutter Bear returns home to Portsmouth, VA [Image 1 of 4]
Waves toss off the stern of the Coast Guard Cutter Bear while underway during a three-month deployment in the Eastern Pacific Ocean. The Bear is scheduled to return to homeport April 12, 2018, in Portsmouth, Virginia. During the patrol, the Bear's crew seized approximately 15,000 pounds of cocaine, worth an estimated wholesale value of over $200,000,000.
