Hospital Corpsmen assigned to Explosive Ordnance Disposal Mobile Unit (EODMU) 5 evacuate a simulated casualty patient during a tactical combat casualty care exercise on Naval Base Guam, April 6, 2018. The training, conducted by EODMU 5, is used to better prepare corpsmen to combat an enemy attack while still being able to provide medical care. EODMU 5 is assigned to Commander, Task Force 75, the primary expeditionary task force responsible for the planning and execution of coastal riverine operations, explosive ordnance disposal, diving engineering and construction, and underwater construction in the U.S. 7th Fleet area of operations.
