David Richardson of the 488th Military Police Company waits to enter the board room where he will be interviewed by three command sergeants major and scored on his answers, uniform, facing movements, and courtesies, April 6, 240th Regiment Regional Training Institute in Bangor. He is competing in the state level of the Best Warrior Competition. The Soldiers in this competition are hand picked from over 2000 members of in the Maine National Guard as the best representatives the state has to offer.
