    Maj. Gen. Mark Anderson, Wisconsin's deputy adjutant general for the Army, speaks during a sendoff ceremony for the 157th Military Engagement Team from the Milwaukee-based 157th Maneuver Enhancement Brigade March 25 at the Joint Force Headquarters building in Madison, Wis.
