Brig. Gen. Richard R. Coffman, the deputy commanding general for the Mission Command Element, U.S. Army Europe, writes a note in the Poznan, Poland, city hall visitor book after meeting with Jacek Jaśkowiak, the mayor of Poznan, March 29, 2018, in their first meeting since the 1st Infantry Division took over the MCE mission from the 4th Infantry Division nearly a month ago. Coffman and Jaśkowiak agreed to continue to find ways for the local community and MCE service members to interact and build an even stronger relationship. The 1st Inf.
