DJIBOUTI CITY, Djibouti - Combined Joint Task Force - Horn of Africa and Camp Lemonnier leadership attended a Police Academy Closing Ceremony held at the Police Academy of Djibouti, Jan. 25. The ceremony recognized the completion of training courses for Somali graduates and concluded with a riot and raid training demonstration by both Djiboutian and Somali police forces.
