Army Reserve Col. Brian Zuchelkowski, a State Emergency Preparedness Liason Officer for the Virgin Islands, assigned to the 76th Division (Operational Response) discusses disaster response with a U.S. Navy officer at the U.S. Northern Command’s Joint Defense Support of Civilian Authorities (DSCA) preparedness workshop in St. Louis, Missouri March 19. Approximately 200 Army Reserve Soldiers from the 76th Division (Operational Response) along with more than 500 service members from the Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps and Coast Guard attended the workshop March 16-21, to train, educate, share best practices and prepare for future disasters.
