Lt. Col. Theodore Leonard, commander of 2nd Combined Arms Battalion, 69th Armor Regiment, 2nd Armored Brigade Combat Team, 3rd Infantry Division, leads a formation of Dog Face Soldiers while marching in the 2018 St. Patrick's Day parade in Savannah, Ga., Mar. 17. Military units have participated in the parade from its inception. This year 3ID Soldiers had the unique opportunity to march right behind Vice President of the United States, Mike Pence.
