(March 17, 2018)- Navy Counselor Chief Petty Officer Joshua Harless assists a sailor and students with repairing a remotely controlled vehicle battery during the 2018 Regional Seaperch Competition at Recruit Training Command's combat training pool in the USS Indianapolis building. Seaperch is an underwater robotics program and one of the Science, Technology, Engineering and Math programs sponsors by the Office of Naval Research which allows students to build and operate an underwater remotely operated vehicle.
