Soldiers of C/38th (ABN) Long Range Surveillance Company, 201st Battlefield Surveillance Brigade, practice an indirect fire movement drill at Yakima Training Center, June 25. The soldier’s job of reconnaissance and surveillance is both physically and mentally taxing. Their rucks can weigh up to 110 pounds and they must have the discipline to remain silent and still for long periods of time.
