Richard David Kaler, a machine gunner with Hotel Company, 2nd Battalion, 4th Marine Regiment, 3rd Marine Division (Reinforced), Fleet Marine Force, who was killed in action near Cam Lo, Republic of Vietnam, on July 21, 1966. Gallagher is a recruiter at Recruiting Substation Patchogue, Recruiting Station New York, 1st Marine Corps District.
