Meade, Md was diagnosed with Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy (RSD) in 2015 and was then enrolled into the AFW2P in 2016. After competing in rowing, 100 meter dash, shot put, discus, rugby and volleyball, Behrend is now a member of the Air Force Wounded Warrior Competition Team.
